各地区补贴分析
截止目前，浙江、江苏、北京、陕西、广东等省份的18个地区仍然给予分布式光伏补贴。先从整体来看，储能补贴幅度大，浙江温州市、江苏苏州工业园区、陕西西安市三个地方有分布式光储补贴，其中温州市光储补贴0.9元/千瓦时，温州泰顺县按照储能能源一次性补贴100元/千瓦时，江苏苏州工业园区0.4/千瓦时，西安1.1元/千瓦时。鼓励合同管理模式，南京江宁开发区，分布式光伏补贴标准0.1/千瓦时，采用合同能源管理模式补贴0.2元/千瓦时。北京西城区新能源、可再生能源开发利用及推广项目，给予总投资额30%的补助；合同能源管理项目，在北京市政府补助基础上给予市级补助资金50%的补助。广东广州市黄埔区、广州开发区、广州高新区采用合同能源管理模式建设分布式光伏发电项目应用方（屋顶方）按照项目装机容量给予一次性奖励0.2元/瓦。
