1月7日，天合发布公告。公告称，公司下属子公司TRINA SOLAR(U.S.),INC.与NEXTERA ENERGY CONSTRUCTORS,LLC（以下简称“NEXTERA ENERGY”）签订 210 尺寸光伏组件长单销售合同，销售规模合计约4GW。 在2020年底大批巨额长单合同的轰炸之下，天合这次涉及4GW光伏组件的合同，看似不够吸引眼球，但细看就会发现一点也不简单。
首先，这次合同签订双方，前者是天合光能子公司，后者却是NEXTERA ENERGY CONSTRUCTORS,LLC，其母公司可是美国十大电力供应商之一的NEXTERA ENERGY,INC.。也就是说，本次天合是打进了美国市场，而且是跟美国电力龙头签订的合同，这在我国光伏企业中并不多见，即便是市值最高的隆基股份，也鲜有跟美国龙头企业的合作。天合光能这次的合同，也在侧面展示其了全球销售网络的强大。
其次，本次天合光能销售的光伏组件为210大尺寸组件，虽说大尺寸组件趋势已是业内共识，但大多数还停留在宣传阶段，能像天合光能这样签订高达4GW合同的企业，确实是凤毛麟角。作为对比，晶科能源主推的182组件，在2020年三季度财报中，显示其累计销量才超过了2GW。天合的210组件，居然签订了4GW的合同，可见确实有着很强的竞争力，或成为日后天合光能提高市占率的利器。 最后就是本次的合同期限，是从2022年开始，而现在的时间是2021年1月，天合光能的210组件就已签订合同，可见NEXTERA ENERGY CONSTRUCTORS,LLC对天合光能有多认可，这样提前近一年时间签订的长单合同，在光伏企业的合同中，也并不多见。

Even Longji shares with the highest market value rarely cooperate with the American leading enterprises.Trina's contract is also a lateral demonstration of the strength of its global sales network.
Secondly, the PV modules sold by Trina Solar this time are 210 large-size modules. Although the trend of large-size modules has been the consensus in the industry, most of them are still in the publicity stage. It is indeed very rare for enterprises to sign contracts as high as 4GW as Trina Solar. By contrast, the 182 components that JinkoSolar has promoted have only exceeded 2GW in cumulative sales in the third quarter of 2020.The 210 components of trina signed a 4GW contract, it can be seen that it really has a strong competitiveness, or become a tool to increase the market share of trina light in the future. Finally, the contract period begins in 2022, and the current time is January 2021. The contract for 210 modules of TRW Solar has been signed, which shows how much NextEra Energy Constructors,LLC recognizes TRW. It is not common for contracts of photovoltaic companies to sign a long order contract nearly one year in advance.
