新的《安全生产法》在2021年9月1日起实施，在企业应急预案编制、应急演练和应急救援等方面提出的新的要求，依据《生产安全事故应急条例》（国务院【2019】第708号）、《生产安全事故应急预案管理办法》(应急管理部【2019】第2号)、《电力企业应急预案管理办法》(国能安全【2014】第508号) 、《电力企业应急预案评审和备案细则》（国能 综安全953号）等法规要求，光伏发电企业如何识别突发事件风险、建立并实施应急救援，并通过专家评审和备案，最大限度地减少突发事件造成的损失，避免企业法律风险，是光伏发电企业每一位责任人的现阶段关注的要点和核心。现广东省太阳能协会将开展关于光伏发电企业应急管理的培训，培训事项如下：
