最的各地政府对光伏的支持力度越来越大，光伏发电国家政策补贴2021年,浙江云和县:并网户用光伏给予1元/W日前，浙江云和县发展和改革局发布《关于户用光伏发电项目补助有关事项的通知》，据了解，2021年浙江省能源局下达云和县可再生能源专项资金80万元，经研究，决定将该笔资金用于支持户用光伏发电项目的发展。现将有关事项通知如下：

1.2021年并网的户用光伏发电项目给予1元/瓦的补助，2022年并网的户用光伏发电项目给予0.8元/瓦的补助，2023年并网的户用光伏发电项目给予0.6元/瓦的补助。每户最高补助不超过5000元。
2.补助资金按电力公司出具的并网时间先后顺序给予安排，按照谁投资谁受益的原则进行补助，直至80万元资金分配完毕。

《关于户用光伏发电项目补助有关事项的通知》政策解读
一、背景
为贯彻落实党中央、国务院推进碳达峰碳中和重大战略决策部署和习近平总书记关于“四个革命、一个合作”能源安全新战略，加快推进浙西南革命老区和山区县高质量绿色发展。根据国家和浙江省关于加快光伏应用发展有关要求和整县（市、区）推进分布式光伏规模化开发试点工作部署，云和县出台了《云和县光伏规模化开发工作实施方案》，明确了工作目标。为推进户用光伏发电项目，结合我县实际，制定《关于户用光伏发电项目补助有关事项的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。
二、必要性
一是贯彻落实国家、省、市关于推进整县分布式光伏发电项目的具体要求。丽水市里对户用光伏项目出台了相关扶持政策，2022 年、2023 年、2024 年并网的家庭户用分布式光伏项目给予一次性建设补贴，补贴标准分别为 0.60 元/瓦、0.50 元/瓦、0.40元/瓦。云和也根据实际情况，也出台了扶持政策。
二是缩短了居民投资家庭光伏发电项目的投资回收期，有利于提高居民建设光伏发电项目的积极性，有助于云和县光伏试点县建设。
三、主要内容
