靠着光、风、水三种自然资源优势,关岭县清洁能源遍地开花,特别是光伏产业的快速发展让当地荒山变“金山”。
岗乌镇一望无际的光伏发电站

站在岗乌镇视野开阔的山头,远远望去,连片的光伏板泛出粼粼波光,尤为壮观。
关岭县年平均日照时长达1100小时以上,域内多缓坡,十分适宜发展光电。贵州适宜发展光伏产业的地方不仅仅有关岭,在刚刚结束的2021年生态文明贵阳国际论坛上传出消息,贵州竞价光伏发电规模连续两年全国第一,2019年-2020年,其建设规模约占全国新建规模的20%。
关岭从2017年开始,已建成光伏电站5座,总装机规模59万千瓦,占全省约六分之一,年产值达2亿多元。
由于大多数光伏电站傍山而建,且多为农光、林光互补模式,未来将为关岭带来约4.4万亩的农地空间。不仅能够通过土地流转壮大村集体经济,为群众带来务工收入,还能形成“棚上发电、棚下种植”的新发展态势。
在清洁能源发展的同时,人们的生活也在悄悄发生改变。蓄电正在成为这里农户家中的“新风尚”。
“在楼顶装上30多平的光伏板,夏天既隔热,还能发电自家用,用不完的卖给供电局。平时只要注意清洁这个板,让它好吸收太阳光,三毛五一度电,每年基本都能卖个2000多元。”家住岗乌镇纳磨村的卢湾妹对于“白赚”这一笔钱,感到很满意。
目前,关岭县已有366户农户家楼顶铺上了光伏板,这一数字还在快速增加中。
另一边,在关岭县普利乡的山头,24台“大风扇”有力转动着。北盘江中游尖山峡谷河段,马马崖水电站的水声依旧……品种丰富、相互补充的清洁能源结构正在形成。
对关岭这样一个石漠化程度严重、工业基础薄弱的传统农业县来说,随着光伏电站、水电站、风电场的建设,一条生态和乡村振兴兼顾的“立体农业+新型工业化”发展新路正在铺开。

eight months, the State Power Investment Group issued a total of 19.643 billion hours of clean zero carbon power, achieving 69.22% of the annual target, exceeding the time node by 2.64%, a year-on-year increase of 17.25 percentage points, equivalent to
reducing carbon emissions by 154 million tons.
It is reported that at present, the installed capacity of clean energy of the state power investment group is about 16 percentage points higher than the average of clean energy of central enterprises
of the same type of energy. Since the 19th national congress, the proportion of clean energy installed capacity of the State Power Investment Group has continued to rise, from 45.1% in 2017 to 58.69% today, which has laid a solid foundation for achieving
domestic carbon peak in 2023 and made a demonstrative contribution to the implementation of China's "3060" goal.
In addition, while actively laying out the clean energy industry, the state power investment group is also constantly optimizing the
energy structure and reducing the total carbon emission through the transformation of thermal power units.
In March this year, the Party group of the national electricity investment group held a special meeting to carry out Xi Jinping's ecological
civilization thought. It was clear that all electric power generating units that did not carry out ultra-low emission transformation, but with the transformation conditions, should be completed on schedule, and all new units should be synchronized with
