光伏龙头隆基股份正式入局氢能。近日，隆基股份联手上海朱雀嬴私募投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）成立西安隆基氢能科技有限公司（以下简称“隆基氢能”），隆基创始人李振国担任董事长、总经理。 “对于隆基股份而言，进入氢能行业，不仅是打通‘光伏制氢’技术的必然选择，也是拓展光伏应用场景的积极策略。”平安建投高级业务经理张仕元在接受《证券日报》记者采访时表示。多地出台氢能相关政策,
       氢能产业已成为我国能源战略布局的重要组成。2019年，氢能被首次写进《政府工作报告》。中国煤炭加工利用协会统计显示，2020年，中国氢能产量和消费量均已突破2500万吨，已成为世界第一大制氢大国。在“十四五”规划纲要中，氢能与储能被列为前瞻谋划的六大未来产业之一。据《证券日报》记者不完全统计，目前已有包括河北省、成都市、广州市、上海市、六安市、青岛市等多地出台氢能相关政策或规划。
      “从某种意义上说，氢能利用才是人类可再生能源的良性循环。”北京特亿阳光新能源科技有限公司总裁祁海珅在接受《证券日报》记者采访时表示，氢能作为二次能源利用和开发，其技术瓶颈不存在什么障碍，能量转换效率基本上在80%以上，目前主要考虑的是如何产业化、如何降低生产成本的问题。“近年来氢能的发展给能源产业带来了巨大的想象空间，也搅动着整个传统能源行业。”张仕元表示，氢能在2019年成为能源行业的新宠后，当下的氢能源行业可以说“是最好的时代，也是最坏的时代”。 在张仕元看来，“好”是说在当下国内能源结构转型的大背景下，政策、资本、人才等资源开始向氢能行业集聚，“有了上述资源的支持，行业内的优秀公司可以实现快速发展，同时给投资人带来丰厚的回报。”“‘坏’是我国早在2010年就已经有氢能示范用车服务于世博会，但之后却长时间默默无闻。目前对氢能到底有多少是‘真爱’，又有多少是‘投机’呢？行业的从业者和蜂拥而来的资本是否能有足够的定力，一直坚持到‘氢能时代’的普及？”张仕元称。
      在张仕元看来，氢能时代终将到来，一方面是“氢”作为能源比化石能源所具有的诸多优势，另一方面也在于“氢”可以与可再生能源系统实现更好的融合。在可再生能源为主的未来，“氢”既可以直接消费，也可以长时间储存，且相比电化学储能，在储存过程中带来的污染更少。多家企业布局氢能.氢能源按生产来源划分，可以分为“灰氢”“蓝氢”和“绿氢”三类。目前，我国氢气主要来自灰氢。在业内人士看来，未来与大规模光伏发电或风力发电配套的电解水制绿氢将成为发展趋势。 “我国可再生能源资源分布广，光伏发电和风电又存在一定的间歇性、电网不友好性特征，造成弃风、弃光现象严重。”祁海珅告诉《证券日报》记者，分布式制氢的投资建设和分布式光伏发电站的有机互补结合，即可以消化弃光的电量，又大大降低了制氢产业的成本，再结合智能互联网大数据技术，可实现光伏制氢的高效利用并优化电力结构调配，“希望隆基股份入局氢能，结合光伏发电产业优势，创新技术提高制氢能量效率、规模化优势降低制氢成本，进而促进氢能利用的产业化发展”。
     “在‘碳达峰碳中和’的国家大战略规划下，氢能未来需求可观。对于隆基股份而言，对于氢能其实早就调研多年，最有可能的是将绿氢和光伏产业结合发展。”北京知识产权局专家库专家董新蕊在接受《证券日报》记者采访时表示。天眼查显示，隆基氢能注册于2021年3月31日，注册资本3亿元。股东为西安隆基绿能创投管理有限公司和上海朱雀嬴私募投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙），隆基股份创始人李振国担任董事长、总经理。公司经营范围包括气体、液体分离及纯净设备制造；新兴能源技术研发；节能管理服务；技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询、技术交流、技术转让、技术推广。 其中西安隆基绿能创投管理有限公司是隆基股份100%控股的子公司。针对设立隆基氢能一事，隆基股份总裁李振国称，氢能是一种清洁、高效的二次能源，在碳中和及风光平价的趋势下，可再生能源电解制氢有望成为最主要的制氢方式，市场前景广阔。李振国表示，隆基早在2018年就开始关注和布局可再生能源电解制氢，近三年来，与国内、海外知名科研机构、权威专家进行了深入的研发课题合作，在电解制氢装备、光伏制氢等领域形成了技术积累，下一步将进行氢能产业化布局。
    “对氢能行业而言，光伏巨头的进入补上了此前国内没有大体量‘绿氢’提供者的短板。”张仕元对《证券日报》记者表示，氢能行业有更多的龙头公司作为参与者，有望形成“众人拾柴火焰高”局面，对行业的加速发展是十分有利的。
据《证券日报》记者梳理，除了隆基股份之外，中国石化、长城汽车、宝丰能源、阳光电源等多家企业也已经开始布局氢能。
