隆基股份（601012）8月2日下午公告，为保障光伏玻璃的稳定供应，公司全资子公司隆基乐叶光伏科技有限公司、浙江隆基乐叶光伏科技有限公司等12家子公司，与南玻A（000012）子公司吴江南玻、东莞南玻于7月31日在西安签订了关于光伏玻璃的采购协议。

       隆基股份表示，根据近期光伏玻璃均价测算，预估合同总金额约57亿元，约占隆基股份2019年度经审计营业成本的24%。同时，合同的签订符合公司未来生产经营规划，有利于保障公司光伏玻璃供应，不会对公司业绩造成直接影响。公司主要业务不会因合同的履行而对交易对方形成依赖，不影 响公司的业务独立性。

        南玻Ａ(000012)公告则表示，公司子公司与隆基股份的子公司签订光伏玻璃销售协议，预估合同总金额约65亿元，年均销售金额占公司2019年营收约12.41%。
