近年来，云南省致力于打造世界一流的“绿色能源牌”。据李振国介绍，隆基股份在云南楚雄、保山、丽江、曲靖等地建设和扩大了光伏产业基地。截至目前，保山20GW单晶硅棒项目、丽江20GW单晶硅棒项目以及楚雄30GW单晶硅切片项目已全部建成投产。此外，曲靖一期年产10GW单晶硅棒和切片项目、保山三期腾冲年产10GW单晶硅棒项目以及楚雄三期年产20GW单晶硅片项目即将落地。
       在论坛上，楚雄彝族自治州州委书记杨斌表示，发展绿色经济是大势所趋。2016年以来，楚雄州与隆基股份携手，先后建成了一期、二期、三期单晶硅切片项目，四期项目正推进，全部投产后，产能将达70GW，实现工业产值450亿元。李振国表示，近两年云南各地光伏产业园区建设加快，产业不断聚集，光伏产业在云南发展较快。按照打造世界一流“绿色能源牌”的战略部署，云南省正构建以工业硅和绿色能源为基础的“硅光伏、硅电子、硅化工”产业链条，资源优势逐步转化为经济优势，经济“双循环”模式下，隆基股份将全力助力云南清洁能源向高质量发展迈进。
