农村太阳能光伏发电就是利用太阳电池将太阳光能直接转化为电能，目前很多农村地区都有建设光伏发电站。而光伏电站标杆上网电价主要分为三类，收费标准分别是每千瓦0.40元、0.45元、0.55元（含税）。而光伏发电是国家的重点电力扶持政策，其中有涵盖一些补贴项目的，如：
1、光伏发电实行“自发自用、余电上网、就近消纳、电网调节”的运营模式，可以为分布式光伏发电运行提供系统支撑，保障电力用户安全用电。从今年发布的通知来看，工商业光伏全电量的补贴标准调整为每千瓦0.10元，而且分布式光伏发电项目自用电量免收随电价征收的各类政府性基金及附加、系统备用容量费和其他相关并网服务费。
2、村级光伏扶贫电站(0.5兆瓦及以下)标杆电价、户用分布式光伏扶贫项目度电补贴标准保持不变。
3、鼓励各级地方政府通过市场竞争方式降低分布式光伏发电的补贴标准。优先支持申请低于国家补贴标准的分布式光伏发电项目建设。
