1、光伏发电实行“自发自用、余电上网、就近消纳、电网调节”的运营模式,可以为分布式光伏发电运行提供系统支撑,保障电力用户安全用电。从今年发布的通知来看,工商业光伏全电量的补贴标准调整为每千瓦0.10元,而且分布式光伏发电项目自用电量免收随电价征收的各类政府性基金及附加、系统备用容量费和其他相关并网服务费。
