On March 14, Xi 'an Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Xi 'an Bureau of Finance issued a notice on the application guide of special funds for industrial (small and medium-sized Enterprises) development in xi 'an in 2022, which includes the special application guide for supporting the construction of photovoltaic energy storage system.  

The paper proposes that for the photovoltaic energy storage system built and operated by the legal person from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023, the installed scale of photovoltaic power station is not less than 1 MW, and the energy storage system is not less than 1 MW hour, the investment enterprise will be subsidized according to 20% of the actual investment of energy storage equipment, the maximum is not more than 500,000 yuan.  

So far, a total of 20 provinces and cities have clearly proposed energy storage subsidies.
