9月20日晚间,天合光能发布公告宣布,拟斥资30亿元新建年产15GW高效组件项目,该项目由天合光能与常州高新区合作开发,双方就该项目已签订投资合作协议。据了解,此次合作内容主要为两个项目:一为年产15GW高效组件项目,该项目拟在常州高新区建设,投资总额不超过30亿元,预计在2020年-2023年内建设完成;二为国家重点实验室项目,主要为新增专利、海内外高层次人才引进以及行业标准制定等方面展开合作。此次曝光的合作协议中特地提到:常州高新区将按照相关政策规定,针对本协议相关项目,为天合光能(含天合光能注册在常州高新区的实施本协议中项目的所属全资子公司)提供相关补贴政策扶持。而在该项目具体规划上,天合光能则宣布将在原厂址内全面更新产线、升级产品和技术,建设15GW大功率高效组件项目,并利用常州高新园区的产业优势获得最大经济效益。
同时,天合光能表示,此次新建项目有利于公司的核心科研能力,进一步拓展技术创新领域,同时还有利于加快推进公司产能的全面更新以及产品技术的升级,符合公司长远的发展战略和全体股东的利益。而针对于公司主要业务,天合光能在公告中表示,公司的主要业务不会因此次合作而对交易对方形成依赖,不会影响公司的业务独立性。值得注意的是,这次30亿元大功率高效组件项目是天合光能今年以来第四次扩产,截止目前为止,天合光能今年在高效组件方面的已经扩产了25GW,电池片方面则扩产了10GW(主要为210mm大尺寸高效太阳能电池)。
光储亿家注意到,大尺寸高效率电池及组件在天合光能的战略规划中处于战略地位,此前在天合光能半年报中提到,公司预计将在2021年底电池总产能达到26GW左右规模,而其中210mm大尺寸高效电池产能占比达到70%,而在2020年下半年以后,建设的组件产能均为210组件产能。在今年8月份的半年度报告中指出,公司将进一步巩固在大尺寸高效电池和组件领域的领先地位,并在大规模组件先进产能基础上建立“600W+光伏开放新生态联盟”。而此次30亿元高效组件项目,是天合光能在大尺寸高效电池和组件领域的进一步落实。
