3月11日，根据上交所科创板公告，上市委2020年第4次审议会议已通过现场+视频方式召开，天合光能股份有限公司(简称“天合光能”)获得通过。值得一提的是，疫情影响之下，天合光能正是科创板首家“云上会”的企业。
　　天合光能近期更新的招股说明书显示，2016、2017、2018年天合组件销售量分别为6149MW、8458MW、6599MW，2019年前三季度组件销量5996MW。单晶组件比例逐步上升，截止到2019年上半年，其销售收入占当期组件收入的45.31%，产能占比约60%，到2020年底预计超过75%。2019年天合光能实现营收2337561.98万元，较2018年下降6.7%，归属母公司股东净利为4059.52万元，较2018年增长14.82%。预计2020年一季度营收533654万元—620192万元，同比增长27.74%～48.46%，净利预计6680万元～8164万元，同比增长22.45%～49.66%。
　　就去年2019年来说，天合光能实现了业绩快速增长，这一态势有望在2020年继续保持。2019年，公司实现营收233.76亿元，实现净利润7.02亿元，同比增长22.61%。业绩增长主要是由于2019年公司组件业务和光伏电站EPC业务开展情况较好，毛利同比增长所致，海外电站业务和天合优配等新业务的发力也为业绩表现增色不少。
　　此外，天合光能还在高效技术方面保持了数项的世界记录。天合光能自主研发的可商业化光电转换效率25.04%的IBC太阳电池，是迄今为止经第三方权威认证的中国本土首次效率超过25%的单结晶体硅电池，也是目前世界上大面积6英寸晶体硅衬底上制备的晶体硅电池的最高转换效率。在过去十年行业政策多变和贸易摩擦频发的各类挑战中，天合光能坚持创新，专注技术武装，创造并刷新了20次世界纪录。
　　招股说明书显示，本次冲刺科创板上市，天合光能拟募集30亿元，计划用于“铜川光伏发电技术领跑基地宜君县天兴250MWp光伏发电项目”和“年产3GW高效单晶切半组件项目”等。本次发行前，天合光能总股本为1757826375股，本次拟向社会公众公开发行不超过439456593股，占发行后总股本的比例不低于10%且不高于20%，本次发行，公司原股东不公开发售股份。
　　根据全球数据调研机构GlobalData发布的2019组件出货排名，天合光能2019年光伏全球出货量稳居前三位，光伏龙头企业地位不可撼动。
