重磅消息：有关太阳能光伏发电国家政策补贴2021年，今年1-8月，我国光伏新增装机22.05GW，同比增长45%，其中户用光伏装机9.52GW，占比达43%，同比增长140%，已达2020年全年装机10.1GW的94%，同期非户用光伏装机12.53GW（包括集中式电站和工商业分布式电站），同比增长12%。户用光伏，已成为推动光伏装机的主力。
      一方面，受益于政策补贴。根据国家发改委《关于2021年新能源上网电价政策有关事项的通知》，2021年起，对新备案集中式光伏电站、工商业分布式光伏项目和新核准陆上风电项目，中央财政不再补贴，实行平价上网。同时，进一步明确对2021年新建户用光伏按照每千瓦时0.03元给予补贴。
      另一方面，受益于整县推进政策及预期。6月20日，国家能源局下发《关于报送整县(市、区)屋顶分布式光伏开发试点方案的通知》，其中要求试点区域农村居民屋顶总面积可安装光伏发电比例不低于20%。目前，已经确定全国676个县(市、区)成为整县推进试点。
       在整县推进的大潮下，能源央企纷纷进入“跑马圈地”状态，作为全球最大光伏发电企业的国家电投在内部文件中更是喊出了“从速锁定资源”的口号，由此不难理解国家电投与正泰和中来合作户用光伏的战略举措了。
