中企印尼第一个个漂浮光伏发电工程项目进展十分顺利

从印度尼西亚首都雅加达出发,向东南行驶约130公里,便抵达西爪哇省奇拉塔电站水库。这里群山环抱,一片绿色葱茏,由中企承建的印尼首个大规模漂浮光伏发电项目——奇拉塔漂浮光伏发电项目(以下简称“奇拉塔项目”)就在这里。水面上,黄色的浮筒式平台配有钻机和海床式静力触探装置。一大早,岩土高级工程师苏克里·菲特里亚迪就带着10余名同事进行水下岩土工程勘察,为漂浮式光伏的锚固方案设计探测地质数据和信息。

      奇拉塔项目由中国电力建设集团、阿联酋马斯达尔能源公司和印尼爪哇巴厘发电投资公司合作开展,交流侧总装机容量145兆瓦。中方主要负责光伏场区及150千伏升压站和送出线路等的建设,以及对侧间隔扩建工程等的设计、采购、施工总承包以及运营维护。

      漂浮光伏是通过浮体结构和锚固系统建设在水面上的光伏电站。与建在地面的普通光伏电站相比,漂浮光伏不占用土地资源,可在湖泊、水库、鱼塘等上面建设。因水面开阔,太阳能照射面积均匀且光照时间长,有利于提高发电量和节约运维费用;将太阳能电池板覆盖在水面上,可减少水面蒸发量,抑制藻类繁殖。

       印尼是世界上最大的群岛国家,各岛遍布大量湖泊,光照资源丰富,开发漂浮光伏项目具有先天优势。同时,大多数湖泊已建有水电设施及配套输电线路,新开发的漂浮光伏项目能够非常便利地接入现有输电网络。菲特里亚迪说:“项目建成后,有望向5万个家庭供电,这为可再生能源发展提供了范例。




     盛夏时节,印尼的气候尤其湿热,工人们在浮筒式平台工作不久,便汗流浃背。为做好疫情防控工作,项目团队除了强化防护措施,还定期接受新冠病毒检测,确保防疫施工两不误。

   “发展漂浮光伏项目,对于支持印尼可再生能源发展具有重要意义。”印尼国家电力公司大型项目负责人阿萨德表示,奇拉塔项目在提升爪哇—巴厘电力系统供电能力的同时,将改善当地能源结构,有助于印尼政府实现提高可再生能源占比的目标。
